Counselling and Psychotherapy offers and non judgemental space for you to safely address any kind of difficult or challenging situation you may be passing through. It assist in understanding a situation or oneself better. It also helps to address depression, anxiety, traumatic experiences and common mental health problems.

Psychosexual Therapy
Psychosexual therapy offers an opportunity to address any kind of sexual issues such as painful sex, erectile problems, lack of desire, premature ejaculation, inability to have an orgasm, among others. It also helps to address the underlying psychological issues affecting individual's sexual and sensual relationship with oneself as well as their relationships. Through it, you can learn a more holistic way to nourish and relate to your sensuality and sexuality and tap into soul's Eros as well as navegate better your sensuality and sexuality within your relationship(s).
Relationship Therapy
Relationship therapy supports the couple in any area of their life and relationship that is presenting at the moment challenging. It provides an space for the couple to listen to each other better and become aware of the nature of their relationship, in this way, decide the steps to take for a more conscious way of relating.

Therapeutic Sacred Dance Movement
This is an individual and group space exclusively for women.
​
Therapeutic Sacred dance movement intends to offer a group spiritual space to connect to our bodies more intimately and find pathways for soul expression through physical movement and not words.
​
In our sessions we will be exploring womb dance expressions found in oriental dance forms that provide abundance in nourishment for woman's pelvic floor health and well being as well as woman's connection to their sacred sensuality.

Child Therapy
Child therapy provides an space for a child to work through anxieties and process difficult experiences through imagination creativity and play. At this moment, I am not being able to provide this service as an appropriate space is important, and online therapy is not ideal for me. I may accept working with a child entering teenage time at discretion and depending of circumstances. Still, please do contact me as I may be able to direct you towards other therapists.

Price is upon agreement with the client within the range above depending on circumstances.
